How to Read the PATTERN Continuation Flow

The PATTERN Continuation Flow shows the natural direction of the pattern structure based on harmonic strength. Each pattern node represents a structural point, and the Δ value indicates whether the pattern is strengthening or weakening in its current direction.

A pattern is classified as Continuation (C) when its Δ value supports the direction of the pattern:

This means the pattern is more likely to continue toward its pullback level PB(C).

Color meanings:

PB(C) = continuation pullback level
Δ = strength of the pattern (larger absolute value = stronger continuation)

When you select a pattern number in the grid, the matching node highlights and shows YOU ARE HERE, giving you instant awareness of where the pattern currently sits inside the continuation structure.

How to Read the PATTERN Reversal Flow

The PATTERN Reversal Flow is the mirrored opposite of the continuation structure. A pattern becomes Reversal (RD) when its Δ value contradicts the expected direction.

This signals pattern exhaustion, counter‑pattern pressure, or a potential structural reversal.

A pattern is classified as Reversal (RD) when:

Color meanings:

PB(RD) = reversal pullback level
Δ = strength of reversal pressure

Reversal patterns help you identify:

How Both PATTERN Maps Work Together

The PATTERN Continuation Map shows where the pattern wants to go. The PATTERN Reversal Map shows where the pattern wants to stop or reverse.

Together, they give you:

Simple interpretation:

This gives you a complete view of both pattern continuation and pattern reversal inside your PATTERN system.

📘 PATTERN MAP LEGEND & TRADING GUIDE

🎨 Color‑Coded Legend

UP →
Pattern structure tends to move upward toward the next harmonic node.

DOWN →
Pattern structure tends to move downward toward the next harmonic node.

PB (Pullback Level)
Expected reaction level before the pattern continues.

Δ (Delta Harmonic Offset)
Positive Δ = bullish pattern pressure
Negative Δ = bearish pattern pressure

UP PB → bullish continuation pattern
DOWN PB → bearish continuation pattern

📊 Bullish vs Bearish Pattern Nodes

Bullish Pattern Nodes:
174, 285, 396, 528, 852, 963

Bearish Pattern Nodes:
417, 639, 741

Neutral / Transitional Nodes:
(none — PATTERN is fully directional)

📄 Simplified Cheat Sheet

174 → Bullish
PB147, Δ +18 → continuation up

285 → Bullish
PB258, Δ +21 → continuation up

396 → Bullish
PB369, Δ +24 → strong continuation

417 → Bearish
PB471, Δ -36 → continuation down

528 → Bullish
PB582, Δ +27 → continuation up

639 → Bearish
PB693, Δ -33 → continuation down

741 → Bearish
PB714, Δ -27 → continuation down

852 → Bullish
PB825, Δ +30 → strong continuation

963 → Bullish
PB936, Δ +24 → continuation up

🔥 Strongest Continuation Zones

Bullish Continuation Zones:
• 396 → UP PB
• 528 → UP PB
• 852 → UP PB (strongest)

Bearish Continuation Zones:
• 417 → DOWN PB
• 639 → DOWN PB
• 741 → DOWN PB

Interpretation:
When price enters a continuation zone, the next move is usually strong and directional.

📈 How to Trade the PATTERN Map

1️⃣ Identify the Current Pattern Node

Find the node closest to current price (e.g., 396, 417, 639).

2️⃣ Follow the UP or DOWN Path

If pattern is rising → follow UP path.
If pattern is falling → follow DOWN path.

3️⃣ Check PB Level

PB tells you where the pattern may react before continuing.

4️⃣ Check Δ Harmonic Offset

Positive Δ = bullish pattern strength
Negative Δ = bearish pattern strength

5️⃣ Check PB Direction

UP PB → bullish continuation
DOWN PB → bearish continuation

6️⃣ Use Lower Nodes as Final Targets

417 → bearish target
639 → bearish target
852 → strongest bullish target

🧠 How to Combine PATTERN With Your TREND Selections

1. Select Buy/Sell for each node in the PATTERN tool.
This marks your pattern bias.

2. The diagram highlights the node you selected.
This shows where you are in the pattern flow.

3. Compare your PATTERN selection with PB + Δ.

4. Use the next node in the flow as your target.

5. Use PB level as your reaction zone or stop.

🎯 Final Note

This turns the PATTERN map into a complete trading system:
Node → Direction → Harmonics → Pullback → Target
